PB MADE does not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges because everything is made to order.

Every order is made especially for you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction and waste- a small way to be good to the earth. Thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions.

All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order and sizing charts prior to finalizing your purchase.

If any item arrives damaged/defective, kindly contact us at hello@pbmade.com within five days of your order receipt and we will do our best to make things right.
